Now Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Asheboro & Thomasville, NC Position: Full-Time, Permanent Setting: Hybrid (Clinic & School-Based)
Position Highlights:
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-person, 2 days telehealth
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
- No weekends or on-call responsibilities
- Salary: $90,000-$100,000 annually
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Analyze behavioral data and modify treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and ensure quality clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and autism intervention
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
