About the Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Respond to customer and client inquiries via phone and email
• Greet and assist visitors and clients as they arrive
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
• File, scan, and organize documents
• Assist with office correspondence and administrative projects
• Maintain office supplies and support general office operations
• Provide administrative support to management and staff

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Comfortable answering phones and interacting with clients
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
