Mobile LVN/LPN-Per Diem In-Home Services

Per diem mobile nursing position delivering in-home clinical services to patients starting complex medication therapies. Role involves phlebotomy, EKGs, and screening exams across a geographic service area with flexible scheduling and no minimum visit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home blood draws, specimen labeling, and transport following regulatory standards
• Conduct EKGs and macular edema screenings as trained
• Maintain clinical supply inventory and organize mobile equipment storage
• Complete visit documentation and report adverse events or product complaints
• Track mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 2 years phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings
• Valid driver's license subject to driving record review
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and travel up to 100 miles for visits
• Proficiency with medical equipment and documentation practices

Compensation: $28.00 per hour
