PROMAN Staffing of Marion, NC is currently looking for Machine Operators for 2nd Shift in the Swannanoa, NC area! If you are a well-rounded candidate, we encourage you to apply!
We are now hiring Machine Operators who are team players, versatile, and dependable!
Job Summary
- $18/HR
- 2nd Shift (4:00PM-2:00AM) MON-THURS
- Operate machine ensuring cut and folds are to specifications by performing quality checks, changing over rolls, performing changeovers with material, when necessary, troubleshooting
- Ensure the correct packaging materials are available. Ensure the correct Personal Protective Equipment is available and other safety procedures are understood and followed.
- Flexibility from work cell to work cell.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to read and fill out reports.
- Lifting, Mobility, reading, and writing
- Teamwork and communication skills
