Technical Program Manager

NBOME is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to the organization's modernization strategy. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, driving alignment, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring disciplined execution across multiple projects, vendors, and dependencies. The ideal candidate brings a proven combination of leadership, technical expertise, and organizational influence to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. They will accelerate modernization efforts, proactively manage delivery risks, and successfully lead complex programs that advance NBOME's business and technology objectives. Responsibility Lead delivery of complex technology programs and modernization initiatives. Drive requirements definition, backlog prioritization, and roadmap execution. Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategy into execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams, dependencies, budgets, and delivery milestones. Align program outcomes with enterprise architecture and modernization priorities. Manage vendor performance, SLAs, contracts, and delivery accountability. Communicate program status, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership. Promote Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices to enhance delivery effectiveness. Qualifications 8-12+ years leading large-scale, complex IT programs Proven ability to operate across engineering, business, and vendor ecosystems Strong grounding in Agile, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices Experience with Azure DevOps, .NET ecosystems, APIs, and cloud platforms Exceptional ability to drive alignment, influence without authority, and communicate at the executive level #J-18808-Ljbffr National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners
