Full-Time | Senior Living | OT-Owned Practice
This isn't a traditional therapy company job.
You'll be joining a Prava-powered therapy practice owned and led by an Occupational Therapist —and you'll be the Physical Therapist bringing your expertise to the team.

Your Practice Owner leads the practice and community relationship. Prava provides the technology, operations, credentialing, RCM and infrastructure behind it.

At Shadowridge at Melrose, you'll work directly in the community rather than driving from building to building.
You'll get to know your residents.
You'll know their routines.
You'll recognize when something has changed.
You'll work alongside caregivers and community leadership.
And you'll have the opportunity to build relationships that make therapy more meaningful—and more effective.
Your day may include:

• Skilled PT evaluations and treatments

• Gait, balance, strength and mobility training

• Fall prevention and functional mobility

• Collaboration with OT and other clinicians

• Communication with caregivers and community leadership

• Identifying changes in resident function

• Contributing to wellness and mobility programming

• Helping build a strong clinical presence within the community
