Welder/Fabricator $25/Hour

Mancan Staffing Marietta is currently hiring an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a growing manufacturing team! We are seeking a skilled and dependable professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship and has a strong background in welding, fabrication, and precision metalwork.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced welder who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and producing high-quality components in a professional manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong TIG welding experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality.

Position Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality TIG welding on a variety of metals and components
Fabricate, assemble, modify, and repair metal parts and structures
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, weld symbols, and technical specifications
Measure, cut, fit, and prepare materials using hand tools, power tools, saws, grinders, and torches
Set up and operate fabrication equipment, including presses, shears, brakes, and other machinery
Inspect finished welds and fabricated components to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
Troubleshoot welding and fabrication issues and make adjustments as needed
Maintain proper welding techniques while following production requirements
Perform routine care and maintenance of welding equipment and tools
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures
Work independently and collaboratively to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous professional experience as a Welder/Fabricator required
Strong TIG welding experience required; MIG and Stick welding experience is a plus
Must successfully pass a 6G weld test
Welding certification required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols
Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of metal fabrication processes, tools, and equipment
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain standing for extended periods
Dependable, safety-focused, and motivated work ethic
