Dental Hygienist

Job Overview Heritage Dental Group is looking to add a Dental Hygienist to join their growing team. Location: 3640 South St. Peters Parkway, St. Peters, Missouri 63304. Work Schedule: Open to part‑time or full‑time, flexible; you choose the days you want to work. Office Hours: Monday 9am‑6pm, Tuesday 7am‑5pm, Wednesday 8am‑5pm, Thursday 7am‑4pm, Friday 7am‑2pm. Practice: 2‑doctor practice utilizing Dentrix. 60‑minute recall appointments, 90‑minute new patient appointments. Pay: Bi‑weekly pay, with option to opt into Daily Pay for earned paychecks. Ability to earn daily and quarterly bonuses. Equipment: Arestin, iTero, Velscope, CE coverage available. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation. CPR Certification. Preferred Experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health. Clinical needs as required by office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year. TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions, not applicable in FL & TN.
