• Provide patient care in a fast-paced surgical unit with a focus on post-operative procedures.
• Maintain wound care, including dressing changes and wound vac maintenance.
• Administer blood products and perform central line care and dressing changes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient patient transitions and documentation.
• Follow unit policies, promote open communication, and respond attentively to patient needs.
