As a RN Admission Nurse at Triniti Home Health & Hospice you will provide a smooth transition for our patients by cultivating relationships and coordinating the admission process. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in multitasking, and has excellent customer service skills.Position Type: Full-Time, benefit eligible position based from our Metro Branch in Edina.
