Ramey Chevrolet GMC in Princeton is seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Consultants to join our team in Princeton, WV. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs. If you are passionate about automotive sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you. We are a high volume dealership that prioritizes an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Assist customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Manage and update customer records in the sales database.
- Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate financing and lease options.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, automotive trends, and dealership promotions.
- Experience in sales is preferred, preferably in automotive sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Competitive pay up to $120,000 per year.
