Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Garden Grove, CA, supporting an off-road automotive brand in a customer care and account management capacity. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with customer service, order processing, account support, or administrative experience who is looking for a stable, long-term career path.

The Customer Service Coordinator will work closely with sales representatives, customers, internal teams, and a remote supervisor to ensure orders, payments, shipments, warranty claims, and dealer accounts are handled accurately and efficiently. This position offers a supportive team environment, hands-on training, steady weekday hours, and the opportunity to grow within an established automotive and parts manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Process fully cast and custom cast sales orders submitted by sales representatives, including website orders.
- Process customer payments, coordinate shipments, and arrange logistics through FedEx and LTL carriers.
- Manage warranty claim activity, including call tags, FedEx claims, and follow-up with sales representatives.
- Monitor customer accounts, run weekly account statements, and help ensure payments remain current.
- Set up new dealer accounts, verify resale certificates, and support compliance with state nexus requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer and account information in company systems while providing responsive service to customers, sales teams, and internal staff.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $25 per hour.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Location: Garden Grove, CA.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Lunch: 30-minute lunch break beginning at noon.
- Sick Time: 40 hours of accrued sick time during the first year of employment.
- PTO: 1 week of PTO after the first year.
- PTO: 2 weeks of PTO after the second year.
- Medical Insurance: 70% employer contribution toward employee medical coverage.
- Additional Coverage: Dental, vision, and chiropractic coverage available.
- Life Insurance: Employer-paid $10,000 life insurance policy.
