Law & Global Compliance Communications Specialist

Law & Global Compliance Communications Specialist Location: Seattle, WA This position will develop and implement strategic communication plans to support the Legal, Compliance, Ethics, Global Trade Controls and Intellectual Property functions. The specialist will collaborate across functions to create compelling materials on complex subject matter and help employees understand how those topics impact them. Position Responsibilities Leads communications planning and execution for the Legal, Compliance, Ethics, Global Trade Controls, and Intellectual Property functions. Manages communications support for the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, including enterprise and functional messaging, all‑team meetings, and external speaking engagements. Partners with Ethics and Compliance on enterprise and localized campaigns. Collaborates with internal communications teams, including Human Resources Communications, to develop and implement cross‑channel strategies. Gathers feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies and optimize communication effectiveness; measures and tracks effectiveness of communication and identifies areas for improvement. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. 5+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues. 5+ years of experience in a role that required project management skills. 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. 1+ years of experience leveraging data analytics methods to solve complex problems. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience supporting communications for aerospace or aviation. 2+ years of experience supporting communications for corporate Human Resources, Legal, or Ethics and Compliance.
