Product Manager - MarqueeMarquee Product Managers are shaping the future of digital finance. Marquee Product Managers define complex product strategies and guide interdisciplinary teams to expertly deliver them to the market.ResponsibilitiesWorking with Product Development/Engineering:Translate user requirements to underlying design/solution to dev specificationsWork with dev, architect, UX teams to shape the core modules of Marquee Portfolio AnalyticsWork with UX team to ensure consistency and incorporation of client feedbackBalance new functionality, bugs, and client requestsAssign commercial opportunities to work queuePrioritize potential initiatives by understanding alignment with business strategy and value generated for current and future usersEstablish Metrics of Usage and track OKRsTrack client usage, production issues, system stabilityEstablish usage metrics and production monitoring system KPIs to improve end user experienceTrack OKRsBuild Platform CollateralBuild demo and training librariesManage internal communication, updates, trainings for new feature releasesDevelop, communicate and continuously refine product roadmaps that deliver innovative and engaging productsBasic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related fields like Mathematics, Physics, StatisticsStrong quantitative background in order to support financial analytics products and data driven decision makingProven experience in, and a passion for, building and shipping cutting edge financial and/or data productsExceptional communication skillsCapability to apply a blend of strategic and tactical approaches to problemsCreative design thinking, strong business acumen and technical know-howComfort with working in a rapidly evolving environmentAbility to navigate and influence the organization with easeTenacity.
