Why join us? 5 weeks PTO + 8.5 holidays Automobile and Phone Allowance Annual review for raises Profit sharing 100% paid medical and dental covered for employee Vision insurance Fun culture: Tax season party, holiday parties, golf outings Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties Oversees audit planning, field work, and reporting, communicating findings and recommendations Conducts audit and review engagements from start to finish Assesses compliance by examining, analyzing, and verifying financial records Consults with clients on internal accounting related transactions as needed Recommends changes to management and accounting operations to improve compliance Provides strategic and tactical accounting advice to clients Reviews work product and performance of entry level staff Assists partners and managers on consulting engagements Builds job knowledge through ongoing educational opportunities Qualifications BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA certification, or actively pursuing CPA Minimum 3+ years of current public accounting experience Proficiency with computerized accounting software and MS Office Strong client rapport and project management skills Proven ability to train, mentor, and coach new staff while managing multiple projects at once Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to break down complex financial information Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
