Oasis Club At Championsgate Concierge OpportunityThe Oasis Club at ChampionsGate, located in Davenport, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Concierge. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Key Responsibilities of the Concierge:Serves as a local information source for guests.Provides information about special events within the resort and the surrounding area.Maintains adequate supply of brochure rack items in a clean, well-organized manner.Answers all incoming calls to the guest service desk.Assists guests with various services such as: making dining reservations, ordering flowers wine, or gift baskets, coordinating car and limousine service, making or changing airline reservations, providing directions, and other special arrangements.Assists guests with questions and concerns, makes suggestions and identifies possible solutions.Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.Performs other duties as required.Minimum Qualifications for the Concierge:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Other Qualifications:Regular and reliable attendance.Open availability for days, nights, and weekends.Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement)Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Additional Compensation – Eligibility for Employee MealsEligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.About Troon: Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
