The position oversees maintenance personnel, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and supports overall plant performance. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Job Duties: Maintenance Leadership & Team Development Lead and supervise a team of maintenance professionals, including mechanics and electricians. Provide coaching, training, and guidance on best practices, safety procedures, and technical skills. Foster a high-performing, collaborative work environment while supporting employee development. Maintenance Strategy & Execution Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs in partnership with production teams. Implement and sustain maintenance systems, including TPM and standard operating procedures. Provide both immediate troubleshooting support and long-term solutions to equipment and process challenges. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to maintenance effectiveness, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency. Analyze data to identify trends and drive improvements. Prepare and communicate regular performance updates to leadership. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to applicable regulatory requirements and internal standards. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work, asset history, and inventory. Operational Support & Business Continuity Provide leadership coverage and ensure continuity of operations during staffing gaps. Support critical decision-making and ensure timely completion of maintenance priorities. People Leadership Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication, coaching, and engagement. Support performance management activities including hiring, training, evaluation, and employee relations.
