Position Overview

As a  Remote Benefits Specialist , you'll become a trusted resource for clients by helping them understand their available benefits and guiding them through the enrollment process—all from the comfort of your home.

Through scheduled Zoom and phone consultations, you'll build meaningful relationships while providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

Support Families

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Educate clients on available benefits and coverage options

• Guide clients through enrollment and application processes

• Answer questions with professionalism, empathy, and care

• Assist clients with policy updates and ongoing service

Build Lasting Relationships

• Develop long-term client relationships built on trust

• Conduct policy reviews and follow-up appointments

• Provide personalized solutions based on each family's needs

• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

Continue Growing

• Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship

• Strengthen communication, leadership, and client service skills
