Residential Program Manager – Reasons Eating Disorder Center Reasons Eating Disorder Center (REDC) seeks a compassionate, caring, and experienced professional to serve as Residential Program Manager. The role will oversee our six‑bed residential houses located in Pasadena and Arcadia, ensuring high quality care for patients with eating disorders and related conditions. Responsibilities The Program Manager will assume responsibility for the entire facility’s daily operations. Duties include supervising clinical and non‑clinical staff, ensuring accurate and timely patient care, managing staff performance and orientation, implementing facility policies, evaluating patient/milieu acuity, reporting high‑acuity cases to the Director of Nursing, scheduling staff assignments and program schedules based on acuity and budgetary guidelines, ensuring compliance with medical‑record documentation standards, and providing direct patient care when needed. Key Responsibilities Assume responsibility for the complete facility operations and staff management. Act as a liaison between staff, patients, and facility administration. Assist the Director of Nursing and Clinical Director in evaluating staff performance and participate in orientation of new staff. Assist in implementing facility policies and procedures. Evaluate patient/milieu acuity and report high acuity to the Director of Nursing. Schedule staff assignments and program schedules according to acuity and budgetary guidelines. Benefits Challenging and rewarding work environment Career and growth opportunities Comprehensive benefits Competitive compensation Qualifications Requirements/Qualifications: Licensure : Master’s degree and a licensed credential preferred in one of the following: Registered Nurse, Registered Dietitian, Licensed Psychologist, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or a related license meeting eligibility criteria. Education : Degree from an accredited program in the relevant field of study. Experience : Supervisory/managerial experience required, preferably in a psychiatric or residential treatment facility. Experience with eating disorders is preferred. Specialized education and training may be considered in lieu of experience. Additional Requirements : Flexible hours and participation in an on‑call rotation.
