Community Engagement Coordinator

Mission Mobile Medical is growing fast—and we’re looking for a Community Engagement Coordinator who’s just as passionate about people as we are. The Community Engagement Coordinator will serve as a champion to bridge and strengthen access to care. General As a Community Engagement Coordinator , you will: Build and maintain relationships with community-based organizations – including government agencies, non-profits, faith-based organizations, and academic institutions (college/university). Coordinate mobile clinic site schedules and ensure readiness of outreach locations. Conduct outreach and education in targeted communities to promote clinic services. Assist with patient intake support, appointment scheduling, and follow-up coordination. Support patient engagement strategies for underserved populations. Represent the organization at community meetings, health fairs, and coalition events. Track outreach metrics (events held, participants at events, referrals received, partnerships) Execute targeted communication campaigns in collaboration with community partners to support outreach and engagement for the maternal health mobile clinic program. Participate in webinars and training sessions to deepen expertise in mobile healthcare programs. Assist with operating mobile health unit, as needed. CHW certification required. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in outreach, community engagement, or healthcare navigation. Experience fostering partnerships with community-based organizations Performance : Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders Talents & Abilities Understanding of community health needs, specifically in underserved populations Demonstrated strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 15+ lbs throughout the workday Bilingual (Spanish/English or other language) preferred Our Every-Day SERVICE Values We live by our SERVICE values: Speed, Extraordinary Effort, Results, Valuing People, Integrity, Creativity, and Entertain always. Local travel up to 100% to support mobile clinic operations and community events Frequent on-site work at health events, community meetings, and outreach locations Regular work on and around the mobile unit, including event setup and patient engagement Community-facing role requiring strong interpersonal communication and professionalism Fast‑paced environment with occasional outdoor work and varied weather conditions Salary & Benefits 80 PTO hours available after the first 60 days of service Medical insurance – 100% employer contribution, participating plans $10K Life insurance – 100% employer contribution Dental/Vision – employee contribution 401K – 120 days eligibility is fully vested with up to a 4% match Weekly payday, every Friday Quarterly profit sharing, up to 20% of annual wages.
