Oversee the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and JCAHO standards. Manage the operational aspects of the organization, including budgeting, resource allocation, and program development. Foster a culture of excellence by promoting staff development, engagement, and performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Care preferred. Must have three (3-5) years of experience in hospice health care management. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
