In this role, you will be a key part of our daily operations, helping our doctors deliver excellent care while creating a positive, comfortable experience for every patient who walks through the door.

What You’ll Do

• Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and ready for each patient
• Work closely with the dentist to prepare for procedures
• Welcome patients, take vitals, review medical history, and explain next steps
• Assist during procedures to ensure smooth, efficient visits
• Take accurate digital x rays
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Prepare trays, materials, and lab cases for upcoming appointments
• Follow OSHA and office safety guidelines at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Texas RDA license (required)
• CPR certification (required)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable, energetic, and able to stay focused under pressure
• Detail oriented and organized
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast paced setting
• Computer proficient with the ability to learn new systems
• A true team player who cares about patients and coworkers
