Unison Health is seeking a dependable and skilled Facilities Technician to join our team and provide general maintenance support at our new and existing locations across Northwest Ohio. This full-time position plays a key role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities while supporting Unison's mission of creating hope through superior integrated community healthcare. Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:

• Work across multiple Unison Health locations in Northwest Ohio
• Participate in facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations
• Collaborative, team-oriented environment supporting clinical operations
• Opportunities for on-site training and professional development
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of Unison facilities
• Assist with relocation and setup of equipment and furniture
• Support building renovations and facilities projects
• Perform routine grounds maintenance and general repairs
• Complete other maintenance and facility-related duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• General maintenance experience preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds routinely
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under Unison's commercial automobile policy
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
