We're a mission-based company that invests in an inclusive culture, so we can innovate together and ensure everyone has the space to grow, thrive, and belong.And starting right now, we want to do all that with you.Work Location/Schedule: Hybrid 3-4 days in office/week in VernonThe Role:What You'll Do:Oversee the accounting of multiple revenue streams as well as the design, implementation, and execution of scalable and effective processes for a more efficient close and control environment ensuring proper revenue recognition under ASC 606Reconcile and investigate outstanding accounts receivable balancesReconcile and dispute chargebacks for all of our AR balancesWork with Operations, DC, Wholesale, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate customer invoicing and collections. Collaborating for a seamless billing processReview and approve all deferred revenue calculations, ensuring adequate supportCreate and maintain revenue-related monthly balance sheet account reconciliationsPrepare journal entries, as well as review and approve JEs and timely account reconciliations from direct reportsAssist with monthly financial analysis and various ad-hoc reportsManage and develop the operations of the Revenue Accounting team with full responsibility for day-to-day and month-end functionsMaintain organized transaction documentation for audits and support internal/external audit processes.What You'll Need:5+ years accounting experience within an e-commerce, retail or CPG environmentBachelor's / Four (4) year degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field required2 years of large-scale ERP experience Netsuite experience a plusExpert Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's, etc)Strong problem solving aptitude. Identify root causes, gather and process relevant information, and make recommendations for solutionsAbility to effectively analyze transactional level detail in an enterprise resource planning system and articulate the key findings to managementMust be able to collaborate and build positive relationships cross-functionally to effectively make recommendations and implement process improvementsAction-oriented and solution-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast pace environmentCompensation:At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $120,000 - $140,000 + 10% bonus eligibility, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company's discretion.Please note that compensation decisions are made thoughtfully and may vary from the listed range to reflect individual circumstances and evolving business needs.
