PRIMARY FUNCTION : Delivery Specialist plays a key role in elevating owner satisfaction and loyalty.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION/DUTIES:
- Must have expansive knowledge of the vehicle documentation.
- Good working knowledge with the dealerships CRM.
- Ability to recognize and study the latest vehicles and technology.
- Provide training and assistance to others in the dealership with the newest technology.
- Provide understanding of features and technologies to customers.
- Assist customers in sales and service.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Extended periods of standing or sitting.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
