Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown setting. The ideal candidate will ensure patient safety and comfort while collaborating with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and overall condition continuously.
  
  
• 
  Document patient status and care activities accurately in electronic medical records.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff to develop care plans.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN license in the state of practice.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
  
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care standards.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
  
  
• 
  BLS and ACLS certifications required.
