Sourcing Coordinator

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Sourcing Coordinator will identify, engage, and nurture prospective candidates for clinical positions, collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters to streamline the recruitment process. Key responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements Source and identify candidates, handing them off to the recruiter while maintaining talent pipelines Attend job fairs and community outreach events to expand candidate networks Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or related support Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn Experience sourcing healthcare or licensed clinicians is a plus Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment Ability to work independently in a remote setting
