With rapid growth in the U.S. market, the company is expanding its team and strengthening its operational capabilities.To support this growth, we are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to take ownership of the operational backbone of the sales organization and ensure accuracy and execution across the full sales lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and pipeline visibilityManage pipeline tracking, forecasting and reportingPrepare and manage quotes, proposals and pricing structuresEnsure accuracy in configurations, BOMs and margin complianceMaintain quote and purchase order documentation, including version controlCoordinate purchase orders across production, operations and finance teamsAlign delivery timelines with production capacity and product availabilitySupport lead management, qualification and inside sales activitiesManage warranty and software license renewals and identify upsell opportunitiesImprove processes, workflows and reporting structures across sales operationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field5–10 years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations or similar rolesExperience working with defense products (not services) and familiarity with the U.S. defense marketBackground supporting DoD or government-related sales processesStrong experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and ExcelExperience with pricing, BOMs and purchase order managementStrong analytical skills and high attention to detailAbility to coordinate across multiple functions in a fast-paced environmentEligible for U.S. security clearanceAdditionally, experience within C-UAS, RF, electronic warfare, or similar defense technologies is preferred.About YouYou are a structured and detail-oriented professional who enjoys bringing clarity and order to complex processes.
