As a patient-centered medical home, the facility is dedicated to serving migrant and Latino communities, providing comprehensive care regardless of patients' citizenship status or ability to pay.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practice Clinician – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Pediatric Focus)

Job Details:
• Provide pediatric-focused care as part of a team-based approach in community health
• Serve a largely migrant and Latino patient population with cultural sensitivity
• Manage your own patient panel and develop long-term patient relationships
• Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants for translation support
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week)
• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm
• Must complete Master's or Doctoral Degree as Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree as Physician Assistant
• New graduates encouraged to apply with community health or underserved population experience
• Opportunity to participate in 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala
• $50k student loan repayment assistance available
• $3,100 annual CME allowance with five days of CME time
• Malpractice insurance coverage provided
