The Site Coordinator oversees daily office operations and manages workflow between support staff and providers. This role requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Lead and support daily office operations Coordinate workflow between providers and support staff Monitor schedules, staffing, and patient flow Address operational concerns and resolve issues quickly Communicate updates and workflow changes effectively Promote teamwork, accountability, and professionalism Required Skills and Experience Leadership or supervisory experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage workflow efficiently Experience working in an office or healthcare setting preferred Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Chosen candidate will need to pass a drug screening. #J-18808-Ljbffr
