Your Mission - What Awaits You Conduct a range of clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and others—adhering to established guidelines for quality. Evaluate and interpret results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and handle maintenance and calibration of laboratory apparatus. Assist in sample collection and prepare specimens for evaluation when necessary. Maintain accurate documentation of all lab procedures, mentor new staff and students, and uphold laboratory standards. Ensure a safe and tidy work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation mandates. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
