The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and coordinating all legal activities, with a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day legal operations across the company's innovative assets. This includes providing legal support and leadership in business development, conducting legal due diligence, and overseeing all legal aspects of contracts and agreements. The General Counsel will also be a key advisor on legal matters, partner with various departments on legal issues, and ensure that legal strategies align with the company's broader corporate initiatives. Applicants for the General Counsel position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of hands-on legal leadership, with a strong preference for those with experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry, particularly in the specialty and generics sectors.
