• Provide direct supervision of children to ensure safety and well-being at all times.

• Support daily routines including meals, hygiene, play, homework, and bedtime when applicable.

• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development.

• Assist with learning activities when needed.

• Maintain a structured and predictable environment to support positive behavior.

• Use positive reinforcement and appropriate behavior management strategies.

• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding the child’s activities, progress, and any concerns.

• Assist with light child-related household tasks (e.g., tidying play areas, preparing simple meals or snacks, organizing materials).

• Ensure children follow safety guidelines and household expectations.

• Model respectful behavior, patience, and appropriate communication.
