Roanoke, Va Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse - RN Location: Roanoke, Salem, VA & Surrounding Areas (In-Home Patient Care) Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN (Flexible Scheduling Available) Pay: Competitive Per Visit / Hourly Pay (based on experience) Job Overview We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Registered Nurse - RN to provide personalized, one-on-one patient care throughout Roanoke, Salem, and the surrounding areas. This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys working independently while advocating for patients and helping them achieve the best possible outcomes within the comfort of their home. As a Home Health Registered Nurse - RN, you will provide home-based care for patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or chronic conditions while collaborating with physicians and supervising members of the care team.
