Job Description IDS is seeking an experienced Senior Communications Specialist, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to support corporate communications, marketing strategy, and client engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic communications, producing high-quality content, and advising leadership and clients on messaging and marketing solutions. Key Duties Support and oversee corporate communications and marketing to include communications/marketing strategy development, content development, and presentations Plan, develop, and oversee the creation and execution of various strategic communications and multi-media deliverables Research, write, and edit tailored messages for internal stakeholders, external partners, leadership, and workforce audiences Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to draft and finalize briefings, white papers, talking points, articles, reports, marketing content, outreach, and other materials Develop innovative ideas to communicate corporate initiatives such as change management, outreach, and workforce development Coordinate and facilitate team discovery sessions and information sharing activities Advise clients, make recommendations, and provide strategic guidance to support development of marketing solutions Mentor communications staff Help manage budgets, schedules, service delivery, and customer engagement Provide support to identify, establish, and maintain new and existing accounts through strong client relationships Ensure all content is on-brand, and consistent in style, quality, and voice Adhere to standards, best practices, and processes for content creation, quality control, delivery, and content repurposing Present and sell concepts and ideas effectively to clients May supervise others Requirements Master’s degree in a related field Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience Associate’s degree or High School Diploma with 16 years of experience Minimum 10 years of experience aligned to the education substitution structure above Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly required Writing samples required Compensation $110,000 – $130,000 annual salary Benefits Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position.
