Job Title: Quality Control ChemistJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Chemist to join our pharmaceutical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team with quality control testing of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing of raw materials and in-process samples.

• Conduct HPLC and other analytical testing following approved methods.

• Document test results and maintain laboratory records.

• Support investigations, deviations, and quality-related activities as needed.

• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and internal procedures.

• Work closely with Quality and Manufacturing teams to support production timelines.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in quality control and raw material testing.

• Experience in stability testing.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related scientific field.

• 2-4 years of experience working in a GMP-regulated laboratory.

• 2-4 years of HPLC experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical experience preferred.

• Candidates from nutraceutical industries may also be considered.

• Experience using laboratory systems such as LIMS is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.

Work Environment

The role will be based in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment. The candidate will work closely with Quality and Manufacturing teams to meet production timelines. A strong focus on compliance and attention to detail is necessary to ensure quality and safety standards.

This is a Permanent position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $70720.00/yr.
