Overnight Front Desk Receptionist

Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with a leading specialty retail brand known for delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a welcoming, people-first culture. We are seeking a part time weekend overnight Front Desk Receptionist to support the company's corporate headquarters in Hingham, MA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, providing outstanding customer service, and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and employees. We're looking for dependable, professional individuals who are comfortable working independently while maintaining a welcoming and secure front desk environment. Must be comfortable working Friday at Midnight - Saturday Noon and again Saturday at Midnight to Sunday at Noon- This role is paying $28–$30/hour What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees Greet guests and manage visitor check-in procedures Monitor visitor access and assist with building entry procedures Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Respond to basic email inquiries and provide front desk support Maintain awareness of visitors entering and exiting the building Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all guests Perform periodic walkthroughs of common areas as needed Support general front desk operations and administrative tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area What We're Looking For Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, concierge, customer service, hospitality, or office support role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attendance Ability to remain attentive and engaged throughout the shift Comfortable working independently during quieter periods Ability to multitask and manage visitor traffic, phones, and emails simultaneously Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and general computer applications Must be comfortable working onsite during the designated shift schedule Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
