Patient ConciergeWe are currently seeking highly motivated, patient-oriented, front desk staff. This role will report to the Medical Office Manager and will allow us to meet the needs of our patients. Our passionate providers prioritize the wellness of each of our patients with the necessary tools and resources to improve the quality of life for all of our patients.Our Values:Put Patients FirstEmpower Entrepreneurial Provider and Care TeamsOperate with Integrity & ExcellenceBe InnovativeWork As One TeamWhat You'll Do:Greet people entering the office, answering questions, providing directions and instructions on the check-in procedureManage a multiple-line phone system by addressing caller concerns, routing callers to the appropriate extensions, and leaving messages for the healthcare providersProvide basic and accurate information in-person and via telephone/emailMaintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutterHandle filing and data entry as requestedMaintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception deskMust be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environmentGreat verbal and written communication skillsBe able to prioritize workload while remaining flexibleMay be required to work overtime to meet tight deadlinesHighly motivated and able to work with multiple teams simultaneouslyTake telephone messages and provide feedback and answers to patient/physician/pharmacy callsPerform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxingOther duties as requiredQualifications:At least 1 year of work experience at the Front Desk of an outpatient primary care or specialty clinicYou're great for the role if:At least 2 years of work experience at the Front Desk of an outpatient primary care or specialty clinicBilingual in Spanish/EnglishEnvironmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:Our organization follows an in-person work structure where the expectation is to work onsite on a daily basis. The home site for this position is 1321 S. Rainbow Blvd., Ste 101, Las Vegas, NV 89146. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.The total pay range for this role is: $18 - $22 per hour.
