Kubernetes Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Platform Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Kubernetes-based infrastructure solutions. You will leverage your deep expertise to optimize multiple Kubernetes environments, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Responsibilities: Kubernetes Infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters, including resource provisioning, configuration management, and security best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize Kubernetes clusters for performance, scalability, and resource utilization.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve Kubernetes-related issues, including network connectivity, storage, and application failures.
- Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline Kubernetes operations and reduce manual tasks.
- Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts, including pods, services, deployments, stateful sets, and storage.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and configuration management.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their Kubernetes offerings.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
- Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA, CKS, CKAD)
- Experience with Kubernetes-based orchestration tools (e.g., Helm)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Contributions to open-source Kubernetes projects
- Experience with Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus
- Experience with Ansible and/or Terraform
