Job Description

The Maintenance Tech plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of equipment and facilities. This position involves hands-on repair, routine maintenance, and prompt resolution of technical issues to support efficient production and operation environments.

Responsibilities

Perform equipment repair and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
Conduct preventive maintenance to extend machinery life and prevent breakdowns
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
Inspect systems regularly to identify potential problems
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
Manage inventory of tools and spare parts to support maintenance activities
Calibrate machines to maintain optimal performance
Maintain overall facility upkeep to support a safe working environment

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in maintenance roles
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of mechanical repair techniques
Familiarity with electrical and hydraulic systems
Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
Understanding of safety procedures and compliance
Skills in inventory control and management
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
