Charge Nurse - Critical Care PCU, Nights

This role involves coordinating the delivery of quality nursing care for patients across all age groups, managing operational issues during shifts, and providing clinical support as needed based on patient census. Responsibilities Include Communicating patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leadership Serving as a resource and guiding staff members Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred At least 1 year of hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred Valid RN license in the state and multistate licensure (NLC/eNCL) Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, PEARS, and PALS (if applicable), with specific certifications based on unit specialty Experience in Emergency Department or specialized units is advantageous; additional certifications within set timeframes are required for certain roles #J-18808-Ljbffr Vetted Solutions
