Role Description This is a full-time Real Estate Agent role based in Middleton, WI, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some tasks to be completed from home. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, including conducting property showings, preparing listing presentations, and guiding clients through offers and negotiations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining current knowledge of local market conditions, researching comparable properties, and advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies. The role involves regular client communication, attending meetings and open houses, managing transaction paperwork, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth closings. The agent will also prospect for new business, build long‑term client relationships, and uphold First Weber’s standards of customer service and professionalism. Qualifications Active Real Estate License in Wisconsin or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe. Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property principles, including local market trends and regulations. Proven Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and close transactions. Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including comfort with in‑person, phone, and digital interactions. Basic proficiency with real estate technology tools (MLS systems, CRM software, digital document platforms) and standard office software. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. Reliable transportation for property showings and in‑person meetings in the Middleton area and surrounding communities. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to fair and ethical real estate practices.
