What You'll Do

As an Account Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for both new and existing customers. You'll help maintain strong client relationships, provide exceptional service, and identify opportunities to better protect customers through GEICO's insurance products.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, coverage reviews, and account maintenance.

Educate customers about insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.

Conduct needs-based conversations to identify opportunities for additional protection and coverage.

Follow up with customers regarding policy renewals, service requests, and account updates.

Generate and nurture leads through referrals, customer interactions, and agency marketing efforts.

Support customer retention by delivering a positive and personalized experience.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Collaborate with team members to achieve agency and individual performance goals.

What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred.

Previous insurance agency experience is highly valued.

Experience in customer service, sales, banking, retail, hospitality, or another client-facing role is a plus.

Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
