Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Heartlinks ABA GA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to provide on-site ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities. In this Monday–Friday evening role (5–8 pm), you will deliver 1:1 sessions in home, clinic, or community settings, implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans to build communication, social, and daily living skills. Responsibilities include accurate data collection, consistent use of behavior strategies, clear communication with families, and adherence to ethical and safety standards in a compassionate, mission-driven team environment.
