Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate (High-Volume Sourcing & Recruiting)

Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and communicative Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment team in driving high-volume hiring initiatives, primarily for hourly operational roles. In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to source passive and warm talent, conduct initial screenings, and streamline the end-to-end interview scheduling process.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced recruiting support role requiring exceptional interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications. You will serve as a primary touchpoint for candidates, ensuring a positive, responsive experience from initial outreach to interview coordination. Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management
• Active Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), internal databases, and external sourcing channels to build robust talent pools for hourly positions.
• Candidate Engagement: Reach out to warm leads and applicants to gauge interest, assess availability, and maintain active candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Screening & Interview Coordination
• Initial Screening: Conduct timely telephone and virtual video interviews with qualified applicants to evaluate foundational qualifications, cultural fit, and job interest.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews seamlessly between candidates, hiring managers, and human resources teams.
• Process Support: Partner with recruitment staff to administrative tasks, pipeline tracking, and offer support as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 1 to 3+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or high-volume customer service/administrative support.
• Technical Mastery:
oSolid computer literacy, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
oFamiliarity navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or candidate CRM databases.
• Core Competencies: Proven ability to work positively, responsively, and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders; exceptional customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills; superior organizational abilities to manage multiple schedules and tasks simultaneously.
