Senior Living Sales Specialist

At Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) - Arrowhead Valley Retirement Community, we're looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Senior Living Sales Consultant to help prospective residents and their families navigate one of life's most important decisions. In this role, you'll serve as the primary sales professional for our Independent Living Community, building meaningful connections, guiding prospects through the decision-making process, and driving occupancy growth through consultative sales, community outreach, and exceptional customer service. What You'll Do- Drive Occupancy Growth Execute sales and marketing strategies designed to grow and maintain strong community occupancy. Manage inbound and outbound leads through consistent follow-up and relationship building. Build trust with prospective residents and families while guiding them through the decision-making process. Maintain accurate prospect information and activity within the CRM system. Guide Prospects Through the Move-In Journey Conduct engaging and personalized community tours. Understand each prospect’s unique needs and lifestyle preferences. Address questions and concerns with confidence, empathy, and professionalism. Assist prospects through the lease, deposit, and move-in process. Develop Community Partnerships & Lead Generation Build and maintain relationships with local professionals, referral partners, and community organizations. Represent the Community through networking events, outreach activities, and educational programs. Develop referral sources that generate leads and increase community awareness. Support Sales Success Monitor and manage your sales pipeline from initial inquiry through move-in. Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for continued occupancy growth. Bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to achieving sales goals. What We’re Looking For Successful consultative, relationship-driven sales experience. Experience meeting performance goals and achieving measurable results. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with strong organizational and time-management skills. Passionate about helping seniors and families through an important life transition. Schedule & Requirements Tuesday through Saturday schedule. Flexibility to attend occasional evening events, networking opportunities, and community functions. Reliable transportation for outreach and relationship-building activities. Ability to lead tours and remain active throughout the workday.
