What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a Level III NICU environment
• Collaborate with neonatologists to develop and implement patient care plans
• Help cover and manage newborn nursery shifts
• Monitor and care for critically ill neonates and preterm infants
• Support families and provide education on neonatal health
• Assist in patient assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
• Contribute to a luxurious, single-room NICU environment recognized for excellence

What You Need

• Current Board Certification as an NNP (no exceptions)
• Minimum 2 years of recent neonatal practice experience
• Active North Carolina license or eligibility to obtain
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
