Automotive Porter Join a team that cleans and refurbishes used vehicles to ensure our customers receive them in the best condition. This is full‑time position with benefits. Essential Duties Perform cleaning and appearance reconditioning services on vehicles prior to delivery or inventory placement. Services include washing, vacuuming, shampooing, buffing, polishing, minor paint touch‑up, dye applications, and dressing tires/vinyl. Complete work assignments in a timely manner. Maintain high ethical standards in daily activities. Produce high‑quality work to promote guest satisfaction and enhance inventory appearance. Notify appropriate supervision if delays are expected. Working Effectively With Others Promote a productive working relationship with others. Generate pride and commitment within the department and Serra Traverse City. Promote cooperation and teamwork through actions. Maintain positive working relations. Qualifications No experience necessary. Effective communication skills. Computer skills are a plus. Attention to detail is a plus. Must possess a valid driver’s license that meets company insurance standards. Must be willing to complete a background check. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Physical Demands Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
