Leasing Consultant - Aero WR

Hiring for Leasing Consultant for Aero White Rock Apartments located in North Dallas, Texas. 1 year experience needed. Bi-lingual English/Spanish required. Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background and drug screen. Performs all aspects of Leasing Consultant, including greeting prospective clients, showing community, and outside marketing as needed. Must be knowledgeable of all phases of leasing and resident retention. Coordinates all lease renewals in accordance with Anterra’s Lease Renewal Policy. Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents, current residents, vendor/suppliers, etc. Contacts each Notice-to Vacate and attempts to convert them to a renewal. Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to manager for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction. Willing to assist with rent collections, resident customer service, and other duties as well.
