Occupational Therapist

Your role: Provide direct occupational therapy care to patients, supervise treatments, lead assessments, develop personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery and celebrate their progress. Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate, personalized care; utilize advanced technology; collaborate with a supportive team; contribute to positive patient outcomes; and promote independence and improved quality of life. Qualifications: Current licensure or certification per state requirements; CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to assess and create tailored treatment plans, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
